How long does shipping take?+
We print to order in 2–3 business days, then ship via tracked courier. US delivery is 3–5 business days, EU is 4–7, and the rest of the world is 5–10. Express options coming soon.
What sizes do you offer?+
Two unframed sizes at launch — 12×18 and 16×24, both sized to the 2:3 ratio our designs are built around. More sizes (and framed options) are coming as Phase 2 ships.
Can I see exactly what I'm getting before I buy?+
Yes — the customizer shows the exact composition we'll print. What you see is what you get, down to the pin position. We'll also email you a hi-res digital proof after checkout — your approval is the gate that starts the print.
Do you offer a digital file only?+
Yes. $39 gets you a 300dpi PDF + PNG sized for any standard print frame. We don't recommend digital-only if you care about archival paper quality, but it's perfect if you have a frame in mind or you're gifting a download.
Will it look exactly like the preview?+
Yes, with one caveat: physical print has slightly richer blacks and warmer paper tone than your screen can show. The digital proof we email after checkout is your final approval gate — if anything's off, reply with notes and we'll fix it before printing.
Can I order more than one?+
Of course — and we discount it. Two posters of different places saves 15%. Three saves 25%. Discounts auto-apply at checkout.
What if I don't love it?+
Free returns within 60 days. We'll refund or reprint, your call. No restocking fee, no questions asked.
Is the map accurate enough to find the exact spot?+
Yes. The customizer uses real coordinates accurate to about a metre. You can drop the pin on the bench, the café, the corner of the street — anywhere precise enough to matter.
Where does the 10% Companion donation go?+
Every Companion order automatically commits 10% of its revenue to a partnering pet rescue, paid out quarterly. The partner shelter is named on the Companion landing page and on our public giving log. We use cause-related marketing: the company makes the donation from its own revenue, not through a third-party platform — so there's no overhead taking a cut.
