These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of fieldandera.com and the products you purchase from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
By using fieldandera.com, creating an order, or otherwise interacting with our service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guarantee of acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. If we cancel an order we’ve already charged for, we will refund you in full.
Every physical poster ships only after you approve a digital proof. Within an hour of checkout we email the proof to the address you provided. You have 24 hours to approve, request changes (which we make at no cost), or cancel for a full refund.
If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we auto-approve and send the file to print. This timing makes the published 3–5 day shipping window possible. If you need more time, request changes (even a one-line note) before the window expires — that pauses the auto-approval until we re-send the proof.
Digital file orders skip the proof step entirely. The downloads are delivered in the order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
See our shipping policy for production timelines, carriers, and supported countries. Free shipping is included on every physical order to supported countries; we do not pass shipping cost through to the customer.
All Field & Era branding, layouts, copy, custom typography, color palettes, photographs, and code remain our property. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute any part of the site or the studio designs without our written permission.
You retain ownership of the personal details you put on your poster — the names, dates, locations, and any text you provide. By submitting that content to us, you grant Field & Era a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely to fulfill your order: render the proof, send to print, and store for future reprints.
We will not publish, share, or use your personal content for marketing without your explicit consent.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringes a third party’s rights, or impersonates someone without their permission. We may refuse to print any order at our discretion and will refund the purchase price in full if we do.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Field & Era is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or the products. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
