Every Field & Era poster is printed to order — nothing sits on a shelf. Here’s exactly what to expect from the moment you approve the proof to the moment the tube lands on your doorstep.
Total door-to-door is typically 3–8 business days domestic and 6–18 business days international, from the moment you approve.
Digital file orders are delivered as download links in your order confirmation email, available immediately after checkout.
We ship physical posters to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Ireland, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
If your country isn’t on the list, the digital file edition is available worldwide.

As soon as your poster ships, we’ll email you the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Carriers vary by region — typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx in the U.S., and DHL or the local national post elsewhere.
For international orders, your country may charge customs duties or import VAT. Where possible, we ship from the closest regional partner to avoid this. When duties do apply, they’re paid by you on delivery and depend on your country’s thresholds and rates.
If you spot a typo in your address, email contact@fieldandera.com immediately. We can usually update it before the order goes to print. After the order has been shipped, we cannot reroute it.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship at cost (you cover the second shipment) or refund minus a $10 handling fee, your choice.
Carriers occasionally mismark a package as delivered when it’s still in transit. If your tracking says delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors and your local postal facility, and wait 48 hours. If it’s still missing after that, email us and we’ll open a carrier investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we reprint and reship at no cost.
