The proof IS the QC gate. We invest in iteration before printing so we can stand behind the final piece — that’s why we don’t accept return-for-refund after print, but make the upstream gate generous.
Within an hour of checkout, you’ll receive an email with your digital proof. You have 24 hours to:
All three options live on your proof page (the link is in the proof email). The cancel button is one click; no questions, no friction.
Once you approve the proof — or once the 24-hour auto-approval window elapses — we send the file to print. From this point we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, because the poster is being custom-made and cannot be resold to another customer.
We can still help with manufacturing defects, transit damage, or our errors. See below.
Posters are shipped in rigid tubes built for the job, but carriers occasionally let one slip through with a crease, dent, or scuff. If yours arrives damaged:
You do not need to return the damaged poster. Recycle it (Field & Era paper is uncoated, so it goes in standard paper recycling) or keep it — whichever you prefer.
If we shipped the wrong design, the wrong size, or the wrong edition, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll send the correct item at no cost. You don’t need to return the wrong one.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout and the package was returned to us or delivered elsewhere, see the address section of our shipping policy— we can reship at cost or refund minus a $10 handling fee.
Digital file purchases are non-refundableonce the download has been accessed. The download links are in your order confirmation email and remain active indefinitely; you can re-download any time. If the file genuinely doesn’t open or is corrupted, email us — we’ll regenerate and resend at no cost.
We respond within one business day. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
