The pieces here are about the specific kinds of moments — adopting a rescue, losing a pet, the early months of a long relationship — where the conventional gift selection is almost always wrong, and where a small handful of considered options would actually be welcomed. We write these because, running a small custom-print studio, we get asked the question constantly: what do I send my friend who just adopted? What do I send my friend who just lost a dog?
These are the answers, in the form we'd want them given to us. The studio's own products show up in the guides where they fit; they're never the only recommendation, and they're never the primary one. The guides are written to be useful first.
